Concentrix is seeking a Lead Java Full Stack Developer with 15+ years of experience to join their team in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in Core Java/J2EE, modern backend frameworks, frontend development, messaging platforms, and enterprise caching technologies.
Requirements
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java 8/17, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Build and enhance robust backend services and REST APIs.
- Contribute to frontend development for responsive and maintainable user interfaces.
- Provide deep technical support and engineering expertise for OpenSearch, Solr, and Coherence platforms.
- Manage and optimize NoSQL and distributed data solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and drive root cause analysis for complex production problems.
- Develop solutions using Apache Spark, Kafka, and enterprise caches such as Coherence, Apache Ignite, or Redis.
- Integrate applications with cloud SDKs including AWS SDK and Azure SDK.
- Operate effectively in Linux environments for deployment, debugging, and support.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in design, coding, testing, and documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and guide the team toward high-quality technical delivery.
- Promote a strong engineering culture focused on first-time-right execution and zero defects in production.
- Work closely with architects, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to planning, estimation, and delivery.
- Communicate technical solutions and risks clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
