Field Nurse (LPN or RN)

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LPN or RN license in the state of practice (with LPN certification required for LPNs)
• Current CPR and BLS certifications; IV or blood draw certification or relevant experience
• Experience delivering whole-person care, including for patients with complex medical needs, mental illness, and substance use disorders; clinical triage, urgent care, or emergency medicine experience is preferred
• Ability and means to travel at least 75% of the time within assigned areas, often to locations with limited public transportation
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) required
• DRIVER REQUIREMENTS: Licensed for a minimum of 5 years. No vehicle-related suspensions, DUI, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, vehicular manslaughter, felony convictions, or 3 or more moving violations within the last 5 years. No more than 2 moving violations or 1 at-fault accident in the last 3 years
