Job Description
Provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise nursing activities, and maintain facility standards.
Requirements
- Must possess a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Washington
- Requires 12 months of experience in a long term care facility, preferred
- Must successfully clear an extensive Criminal History Background Inquiry and maintain throughout employment
- Must maintain a State Drivers' License and be eligible for the Tribes' insurance throughout employment
