Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer success role
- Proven track record of managing and growing customer relationships in large enterprise or strategic accounts
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion
- Strong project management or consultant experience
- Change agent with problem-solving skills
- Strong technical background and acumen in revenue management and/or contract management software solutions
- Analytical skills with proficiency in analyzing complex data sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and teamwork experience
- Business acumen with understanding of revenue models and key performance indicators
