Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the general maintenance and cleanliness of buildings, including grounds and fixtures. This role requires excellent customer service skills, maintenance knowledge, and the ability to follow work orders and safety procedures. It's a full-time position based in Chambersburg, PA, with on-call requirements, including mandatory weekend coverage.
Requirements
- Monitor building(s) and grounds to ensure a clean and presentable environment.
- Complete routine painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical wiring, carpentry, dry wall, cleaning and other related maintenance activities.
- Proficiency in OSHA requirements (preferred or willing to train).
- Knowledge of HVAC and safety rules.
