We're looking for a Quality In-process Manager to manage quality-related issues, coordinate customer claims, and ensure compliance with quality management systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 7 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the automotive industry.
Requirements
- Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team
- Coordinate customer claims and customer problem solving on time
- Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues
- Carry out product and process auditing
- Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators
- Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system
- Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products
- Assist with training of quality awareness
- Quality control of work by appropriate reviews
