Job Description
The Manager of Counseling Services will work with the school's leadership team to support students' academic success and provide direction to staff. The role requires a strong understanding of counseling services and the ability to communicate effectively with parents and students.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of school-based counseling experience
- Tennessee Professional Teacher Certificate in Guidance and Counseling required
- Advanced degree and Principal Certification preferred
- Technologically proficient (especially with Microsoft Office products and Google Suite)
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Customer-focused approach
- Demonstrated ability to work well in fast paced environment
- Team player track record
- High degree of flexibility, excellent attention to detail, and superb organizational skills
