Job Description
Consileon is seeking a Healthcare Consultant to strengthen their project teams at hospitals, laboratories, and pharmaceutical companies in Germany and remote areas. The role involves strategy, process improvement, and implementation for projects in migration of information systems and commissioning new locations. They utilize modern methods like Process Mining and AI.
Requirements
- Completed studies with very good results, preferably with healthcare and/or IT connection
- Ideally first practical experience in strategic topics and/or in project management methods
- Application of project management methods and techniques in all project phases or willingness to learn this quickly
- High interest in the digital transformation of the healthcare industry and IT affinity
- High analytical skills
- Willingness to take on responsibility, creativity and initiative
- Secure and convincing appearance before customers
- Negotiating skills
- German and very good English skills
- Willingness to travel (projekto-dependent)
