ISSE / ISSO - multiple levels - CLEARANCE and POLYGRAPH REQUIRED

Constellation Technologies is seeking experienced Systems Security Personnel (ISSE/ISSO) at multiple levels in Annapolis Junction, Fort Meade, Hanover, Laurel, and Columbia, Maryland. Candidates must possess a TS/SCI clearance with an active polygraph and be US citizens. The role involves applying Defense-in-Depth principles, network and enterprise security architecture, and the NIST 800-53 framework within the Risk Management Framework (RMF).

Requirements

• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph
• Must be a US Citizen
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I or higher
• Experience as an ISSO/ISSE with emphasis on Defense-in-Depth principles, network, and enterprise security architecture
• Experience applying the principles of the NIST 800-53 including the procedures in the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
• Familiarity with STE/STN requirements
• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with several security tools, hardware/software security implementation, communication protocols, and encryption techniques/tools
• Experience completing security evaluations of software systems or architectures
• Experience preparing and maintaining SSPs and other security related documentation
• Experience proposing, coordinating, implementing, and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies
• Demonstrated experience performing day-to-day security operations of large information systems
