Steamfitter / Pipefitter Apprentice

Role Overview

As a Steamfitter / Pipefitter Apprentice, you will work with a journeyman to perform tasks such as cutting openings for pipe, selecting and measuring pipe, and welding joints. You will be involved in working with power tools and heavy equipment.

What You Will Do

Cut openings for pipe, select and measure pipe, weld joints, install supports and valves, and test systems for leaks.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You must be legally entitled to work in Canada, have a valid CSTS 2020 or SCOT certification, and be willing to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

Requirements

• CSTS 2020 or SCOT
• WHMIS 2015
• Fall Protection (OSSA Preferred)
• Elevated Work Platform (OSSA Preferred)
