Business Implementation Director (SAP/S4 Hana)

Our client is a global leader in sourcing, processing, and distributing palm, coconut, and other tropical oils. They are seeking a Business Implementation Director (BID) to lead all business implementation activities, ensuring processes, data and information are established and streamlines for successful deployment of various new business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in SAP, with at least 1 full-cycle implementation as an Implementation Lead or Program Manager
• Hands-on experience with implementations, migrations and customizations in SAP (S/4HANA is highly preferred)
• Implementation experience for agribusiness is a plus
• Experience in Commodity Management, Agriculture Contract Management, bulk logistics, and regulatory compliance systems is a plus
• General SAP module expertise: Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, EWM, S/4HANA). In depth knowledge of FI/CO is preferred
• Familiarity of agriculture specific modules like (CM, ACM, TRM, CTS) is a plus
• Integration expertise: Ability to design and manage integrations with non-SAP systems (APIs, middleware like SAP PI/PO, CPI, or third-party connectors)
• Confirmed ability to achieve compromise and conclusion in complex relationships within a matrix, and handle key stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• Business background with strong process and organizational skill set
• Confirmed systems thinker able to understand how process, data, people and technology work in tandem to drive the business system
