Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of Consumer Direct Care Network programs while maintaining compliance with Federal/State Regulations and Managed Care Organization (MCO) program rules. The role involves overseeing general office affairs, maintaining continuous service quality, monitoring compliance with regulations, training administrative and program staff, and implementing special projects.

Requirements

• Oversee daily operations of Consumer Direct Care Network programs
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Managed Care Organization (MCO) program rules
• Maintain continuous service quality at the program level
• Promote cohesiveness in the office environment
• Collaborate with stakeholders regarding the delivery of services
• Communicate effectively
• Oversee compliance with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures
• Identify and implement process improvement efforts
