Job Description
As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Engineer, you will deploy and operate a production-grade data and application platform in mission-critical environments. You'll work at the intersection of software engineering, data integration, and real-world operations to turn complex data into reliable, live systems.
Requirements
- Deploy, configure, and maintain a distributed data and application platform in production.
- Integrate data from disparate source systems while preserving lineage and governance.
- Build and customize operational applications, workflows, and analytics.
- Design and maintain data pipelines supporting real-time and batch use cases.
- Troubleshoot high-impact issues in live operational environments.
- Work directly with users to understand workflows and translate needs into technical solutions.
- Partner with internal product and engineering teams to improve platform capabilities.
