HUMINT Operations Integrator – Subject Matter Expert

CGS is seeking a skilled HUMINT Operations Integrator – Subject Matter Expert to support USSOCOM in planning and executing sensitive HUMINT and intelligence missions. The role requires specialized, non-personal services across the HUMINT lifecycle, including collection planning, data collection, analysis, coordination, reporting, and adaptive planning. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of HUMINT theory, doctrine, and operations, as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to write and speak clearly.

Requirements

• Integrate HUMINT operations with collection, analysis, CI equities, and threat considerations to ensure sound TTPs and mission execution.
• Lead HUMINT planning/execution, to include collection management, production oversight, and reporting synchronization.
• Bridge operations and tactical analysis-evaluate, protect, and disseminate raw intelligence to SOC standards.
• Conduct risk assessments for HUMINT operations and recommend procedural changes to mitigate operational risk.
• Apply advanced HUMINT/ASO/MSO tradecraft to collect, analyze, and fuse complex information; develop actionable COAs.
• Coordinate across USSOCOM elements to align HUMINT missions, activities, and actions with commander priorities.
• Prepare and deliver clear briefings and written products for leadership at all echelons.
