Staff Product Data Analyst

As a Staff Product Data Analyst, you'll leverage data to drive strategic decision-making and optimize product performance. Success in this position means delivering actionable insights that lead to measurable improvements in product KPIs and overall user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization
• Experience with data analysis, data modeling and visualization tools (SQL, DBT, Excel, Tableau, or similar software)
• Capacity to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions
• Ability to convey complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presentations
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of business strategy and how data-driven insights can support and enhance product and business goals
