Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage and execute the end-to-end hiring process for our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, recruiting, and presenting top talent for technical and non-technical positions.

What You Will Do

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment priorities, develop and execute effective talent sourcing strategies, and screen, assess, and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with technical recruitment experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
• Solid understanding of technical roles, skills, and recruitment best practices
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
• High attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
