Convene Hospitality Group is seeking a Director, Global Accounts to develop and lead the execution of a holistic Global Account Management strategy for key global accounts. The role will involve cultivating and maintaining lasting relationships with global enterprise accounts, establishing and executing a global account-based sales strategy, and working collaboratively across the Global Sales Organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales, with a minimum of 5+ years in a complex and/or multi-unit strategic account management environment.
- Experience in the hospitality or events industry with strong existing relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Proven account management ability and a strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven track record in Sales and Negotiation including experience qualifying, negotiating, and executing preferred partnership or master services agreements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- A growth mindset, flexibility and an ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic on-site work environment.
- A passion for events, travel, and for being face-to-face with clients and partners;
