Job Description
CookUnity is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to oversee daily sanitation activities, support training efforts, and maintain high standards for food safety. The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience in food processing or manufacturing, strong commitment to sanitation and food safety, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Requirements
- Perform daily facility checks and supervise hourly associates
- Train staff on chemical use, sanitation standards, and safety procedures
- Maintain clean, organized chemical storage areas
- Conduct routine dish machine checks and ensure corrective actions from audits/inspections are completed
- Support the Sanitation Manager in implementing the Master Sanitation Plan
- Complete end-of-shift reports summarizing task completion, staffing updates, and operational issues
