Maintenance Reliability Coordinator to oversee and optimize the maintenance program for operations in grain and agronomy, providing a safe culture and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and good work attendance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of business computer skills
- Ability to present information and respond to questions
- Strong business acumen abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing situations
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or GED or related experience and/or training
- Three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education or comparable experience working with agricultural commodities and material handling equipment
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions, around moving parts, fumes, airborne particles and chemicals
