Finance Business Partner

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to play a highly visible and hands-on role, requiring a strong commercial understanding and business acumen. The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial side of the organization, analyzing results, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management. They will also be responsible for preparing financial models, forecasts, and budgets, as well as overseeing internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Working closely with the Commercial side of the organization
• Collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support
• Preparing the annual financial budget, monthly forecast, and weekly sales flash
• Influencing decision-making in investment allocation
• Overseeing the accounting process for the assigned region
• Reviewing and approving customer contracts
• Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs
• Preparing US GAAP close analytics
• Working in partnership with the UK-based Shared Service Centre and the EMEA FP&A team
