Buyer Planner III

Role Overview

The Buyer Planner III will be responsible for ensuring components and/or services required for different areas of the company are acquired. This includes production, maintenance, engineering, HR, etc. The role involves sourcing suppliers and maintaining inventory levels according to plant needs.

What You Will Do

The Buyer Planner III will be responsible for maintaining inventory integrity, supervising the tool crib area, and ensuring the purchase of components and/or services according to plant needs. This includes searching for quotes with national and American suppliers, purchasing tools, articles, and/or services required for different areas of the plant, and negotiating with suppliers.

Requirements

• 1 year minimum experience in MRO purchases
• Knowledge of MRP systems (JDE, Oracle, Industrias, SAP)
• Completed education or equivalent
• Skills in computer packages (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• English 90%, conversational and written
