We are a global climate technologies company seeking a Technician I, Managed Services to join our team. The role involves alarm management, smart dispatch, and customer communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interrogating refrigeration and/or HVAC alarms, diagnosing issues, and communicating with customers. The role requires a positive energy level, ability to work independently, and willingness to work on shifting operations, including weekends and holidays.
The Technician I, Managed Services will be responsible for interrogating refrigeration and/or HVAC alarms, diagnosing issues, and communicating with customers. They will also update and confirm completed work orders, answer inbound and transferred calls, and identify process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a positive energy level. They will also be willing to work on shifting operations, including weekends and holidays.
