
Job description
This position is required to perform basic and advanced support for alarm management and to professionally handle, monitor and process refrigeration and HVAC alarms. The role is part of a 24/7 department operations and requires answering inbound calls, service requests, confirming work orders, and performing graph analysis and troubleshooting of refrigeration and HVAC alarms.
The main duties include interrogation of refrigeration and/or HVAC alarms, delivering alarm information with accurate documentation, providing sound decisions based on alarm history and graph analysis, updating and confirming completed work orders, and answering inbound and transferred calls.
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree, experience in interactive customer service, and background in offshore service operations. The role requires a positive energy level, ability to work on shifting operations, and willingness to work overtime or on rest days.
