
Job description
Copley Hospital is seeking a part-time APP to join their team of hospitalists. The APP will provide comprehensive care for hospitalized patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. The role requires a high degree of clinical expertise and the ability to work independently.
The APP will conduct comprehensive health histories and physical assessments, develop and manage treatment plans, and participate in daily rounding with attending physicians. They will also facilitate referrals to community health facilities and resources, and discharge patients in collaboration with attending physicians.
This role is ideal for an APP with 2+ years of relevant experience, a Master's degree, and active licensure and certification in Vermont. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
