Infrastructure Software Engineer

Role Overview

Join an ambitious, fast-moving team that values clarity, craftsmanship, and impact. As an Infrastructure Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for a large part of our edge and cloud stack underpinning our portfolio of IoT products.

What You Will Do

Write and maintain production-grade software code for our custom edge infrastructure stack, provision and maintain resources running on AWS, and build provisioning and management across hundreds of thousands of connected IoT devices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience writing production infrastructure running on AWS using infrastructure as code tools
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (particularly EKS)
• 3+ years of experience with Python, Go or any other modern programming language
• Building CI / CD pipelines and automation of various parts of the stack
• Self-hosting and maintaining observability tools such as Grafana/Prometheus
• Edge/IoT infrastructure (Yocto, IoT devices provisioning, over-the-air updates, etc.)
• Remote management of on-prem infrastructure, or hybrid/multi-cloud
• Maintaining SOC 2 compliance
• Building high-volume data-processing pipelines
• Resilient in challenging and fast-paced environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Ability to work in an onsite environment
