We are seeking an HR Manager to own and deliver day-to-day people operations across the employee lifecycle, supporting managers with practical and proportionate guidance, and ensuring alignment with Volaris Group systems, reporting and best practice.
Requirements
- HR generalist experience in a small or scaling organisation
- Good working knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience independently running HR operations
- Confidence supporting managers with practical people matters
- Experience using structured HR systems; experience with Workday advantageous
