Director, Logistics North America job description for Corbion. We are seeking a Logistics Director, North America based in Lenexa, KS. The ideal candidate has a strong background in logistics, excellent leadership and project management skills, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics management or a related field is required.
- 10+ years of experience in logistics with at least 5 years in a senior role managing multiple disciplines including warehouse and distribution, preferably from a food or food ingredient industry.
- Collaborate effectively and lead cross-functional teams with strong influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of success in warehousing, logistics, distribution management, and process improvement.
- Experience working with SAP, preferably SAP4Hana (Order to Cash, EWM/WMS etc).
- Successful background in B2B industries within complex supply chain structures.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
