Project Manager III - ICP

Role Overview

Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and design firm based in California. We are hiring a Project Manager III to support our Facilities/Aviation/Transportation Sector. The Senior Project Manager manages the development and implementation of work packages and Task Orders with the goal of planning and executing future construction/modernization work.

What You Will Do

Assists in the development and implementation of work packages and Task Orders. May provide direction and input on projects from the design development stage through construction. Ensures Designers and Contractors are meeting CEQA/NEPA and/or Entitlement requirements.

Why It Might Be a Fit

10 years or more of experience, preferably on airport projects. Experience with projects more than $50 million in value. Proven ability to perform in a management capacity. Excellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field
• 10 years or more of experience, preferably on airport projects
• Experience with projects more than $50 million in value
• Proven ability to perform in a management capacity
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
