Paralegal

Core Scientific is a leading provider of infrastructure for high-performance compute in North America. We are seeking a Paralegal to work under the direction of the Director of Legal Affairs and attorneys in the legal department to deliver professional legal and administrative services to the company's executives and employees.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required
• Two years of relevant legal experience required
• Experience with Ironclad, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Slack, and OneDrive are required
• Paralegal certification is preferred
• Self-starter able to manage multiple projects under pressure and independently
• Excellent judgment, curiosity, integrity, dependability, collegiality, critical thinking, and strong work ethic
