EMEA Client Service Director

Coremont is a rapidly growing business that provides market-leading portfolio management technology and data. The EMEA Client Service Director role involves leading the Client Service Leads team, servicing clients, and ensuring client satisfaction, SLA's, and proper governance. The role requires a high level of client service, tech savviness, and willingness to learn new technologies.

Requirements

• Experience across a range of asset classes, including complex OTC derivatives
• Good understanding of operational risks associated with a derivatives-intensive business
• High level of IT literacy (advanced excel; familiarity with SQL and python a plus)
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated / proactive
• Exceptional problem solving capabilities
• Performs well under pressure
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks based on risk and time sensitivity
• Organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to tight deadlines
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and adaptive
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills desired
• Adept interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team and build and maintain cross functional relationships
