2-4 years' experience in Quantity Surveying or Assistant Quantity Surveying, experience in structural steel and fabrication, exposure to NEC contracts
Cladding Design Manager
Experience in design management, BIM, and construction project delivery
Junior Designer
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant field, proficiency in CAD software, and strong organizational skills
Senior Estimator
Proven experience estimating, technical understanding of steel fabrication, and excellent commercial acumen
Site Manager
SMSTS, Black Manager's CSCS Card, experience in structural and secondary steelwork installation, leadership skills
Quantity Surveyor
Commercial management experience, project coordination skills, and communication skills are required
CPCS Telehandler
Valid CPCS Telescopic Handler ticket, previous experience on construction sites, and reliability
Steel Estimator
1-5 years of experience, bachelor's degree, strong technical skills and commercial awareness
Estimator
Proven experience in architectural metalwork or structural steel, solid understanding of fabrication processes, and strong numerical skills
