Manager, Procurement, Contingent Workforce

Corning is seeking a Manager, Procurement, Contingent Workforce to lead the global sourcing strategy, supplier governance, and program optimization for related spend categories. The role will partner across procurement, HR, Legal, Finance and business leaders to deliver maximum value from services procured in professional services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, in a global manufacturing or corporate environment preferred
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organizational structure
• Experience managing large-scale sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contract management
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop long-term sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives
