Job Description
Corning is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their Optical Communications segment, evolving from a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable hardware to a provider of industry-leading solutions in optics. The role involves leading quality monitoring, analyzing data, training inspectors, and identifying opportunities for quality improvement through internal audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Quality fields preferred.
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification, or equivalent preferred.
- DMAIC green belt certification preferred.
- English proficiency, both oral and written.
