Requirements

• Lead the development, optimization, and technical control of polymer extrusion processes
• Provide leadership in problem solving and technical expertise to ensure timely resolution of short-term process and equipment issues
• Develop and lead projects to get to root cause of issues and put permanent solutions in place
• Recommends and implements permanent solutions to long term performance issues
• Develops and leads some areas of the manufacturing and/or technical roadmap
• Introduces new products and technologies
• Designs and/or specifies new equipment or modifies existing equipment to continuously improve process performance
