Requirements
- Higher technical education (mechanics, automation, plastic processing, electronics)
- Minimum 5 years in product development department or related
- Very good knowledge of English and Polish
- Ability to adapt communication style to different recipients
- Ability to lead, engage, build, and motivate a team and create a motivating atmosphere
