Recycling Services of Florida is a family-owned and operated company offering onsite breakdown, compactor & baler installation, and preventative maintenance. The Shop Admin will assist the shop manager in reviewing and writing work orders daily, ordering parts, and running reports to review efficiency and effectiveness of the shop.

Requirements

• monitoring & managing budgets on major repair jobs
• forecasting, ordering, spare parts inventory
• entry of work orders daily
• coordinating the completion of repairs with the direction of shop manager
• looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity
• drafting maintenance reports
