Cote Korean Steakhouse is seeking a Service Butcher to join their team in Miami, Florida. The Service Butcher will be responsible for handling, deboning, trimming, tying, grinding, and marinating cuts of meat, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent knife-handling skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school degree
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Culinary Arts degree preferred
• Familiarity with Korean cuisine preferred
