Property Claims Specialist

Coterie is looking for a Property Claims Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in insurance claims, proper adjuster licensing, and exceptional communication skills. The role involves developing and implementing strategy to drive resolution of Commercial Property claims, investigating claims, and negotiating resolution. Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience at an insurance company and/or insurance claims loss adjustment service provider resolving property and casualty claims.
• Proper adjuster licensing in all applicable states.
• College degree (preferred)
• Previous experience supporting a business through explosive growth
• Quality Assurance (QA), Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), User Experience (UX/UI), Design Thinking, Lean, Agile, Project Management (PM), and/or Product Owner (PO) experience
• AIC and PTC designations a plus
