Role Overview

Consertus is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex capital construction and renovation projects across multiple markets. The role involves managing project budgets, schedules, and teams, as well as ensuring successful execution and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of project management experience delivering complex capital construction projects
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience delivering projects across multiple sectors
