Designer - Upstate Sport

Bleacher Athletic is seeking a Designer to join the Upstate Sport team. The role involves translating trend direction and buying briefs into on-brand designs that resonate with customers. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping seasonal ranges and contribute to the end-to-end design process.

Requirements

• Degree / qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Fashion, Textiles)
• Demonstrated experience in a similar Designer role
• Strong graphic design capability with Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
• Solid understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and product development
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of how product drives sales and margin
• High attention to detail across design and development stages
• Collaborative approach, with confidence working cross-functionally
• Strong organisation, planning, and time management skills
