Job Description
Cotton On is seeking a skilled Senior Designer to join their Body team in Australia. The role focuses on delivering textile designs aligned with brand DNA and seasonal direction, requiring creative vision, commercial acumen, and technical expertise. The position involves leading the design process from concept to final artwork and mentoring junior designers.
Requirements
- Relevant degree or qualification in a related field (e.g., Textile Design, Graphic Design, Fashion Design)
- Extensive experience in textile design (activewear, intimates, lifestyle)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and MS Excel
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
