Job Description
This multi-state law firm is seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to support administrative and office tasks within their Oklahoma office. The role involves fielding calls, drafting documents, data entry, filing, and faxing. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
Requirements
- Prior legal experience and college degree preferred
- Clerical/Administrative Ability
- Multi-tasking, planning, organizing and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to communicate (grammatical and writing ability)
- Ability to use Microsoft Windows and all components of Microsoft Office Suite
