Job Description
CSAC is seeking a compassionate mental health worker to assist staffing an innovative residential crisis support program for adults coping with life-disrupting mental health conditions. They offer a dynamic and supportive environment and flexible work arrangements with overnights and weekends.
Requirements
- B.A. level of education
- Prior experience doing residential or community support work in the mental health field
- Understanding of recovery-oriented approaches for coping with major mental health conditions
- Willingness to work overnights and weekends
