Counseling Service of Addison County Inc is a nonprofit organization that delivers developmental and behavioral health services to individuals with intellectual disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, and autism spectrum disorders. The organization offers case management, trauma‑informed counseling, applied behavior analysis, and school‑based mental health support to children, teens, and families across Addison County.

High school diploma, 2-4 years experience, strong judgment and professionalism
Adult- Peer Support Specialist
Lived experience with emotional distress and ability to build authentic relationships
Developmental Services - Direct Support Professionals (4)
High school diploma or equivalent, clean background/driving record, personal vehicle with insurance. Requires compassion, patience and a strong communication/mentorship skill
Y&F Applied Behavior Analysis / BCBA Clinician
BCBA/BCBA certification is mandatory. Supervising staff and team collaboration is desired. Experience with functional behavior assessments is preferred
Medical Director - Psychiatry
Must be eligible for Vermont licensure to practice psychiatry. Interest in community mental health is a plus
Developmental Services - Residential Instructor (2)
High school diploma or equivalent required. Personal vehicle & clean background check are a must. Good driving record is essential
Adult - Supported Community Living Staff for MyPad
Associate’s degree or 2-4 yrs exp in mental health. Compassionate & flexible. Requires 8 hrs weekend & up to 24hrs during weekdays in a support role
Adult - Residential Crisis Program Substitutes
Bachelor's degree and prior mental health work experience. Recovery-oriented approach understanding. Must work overnights/weekends
Developmental Services - Substitute
High school diploma or equivalent. Clean background. Good driving record & personal vehicle with insurance
Developmental Services - Shared Living Provider
Background check and valid driver's license required. No specific education level mentioned
