Specialized Residential Support Staff

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and professional Residential Support Staff to provide direct care to an individual with developmental disabilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2–4 years related experience preferred
• Ability to support individuals who may exhibit dangerous or unpredictable behaviors
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and documentation skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, web navigation)
• Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations; flexible and creative problem-solver
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable insured vehicle
