Job Description
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and professional Residential Support Staff to provide direct care to an individual with developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2–4 years related experience preferred
- Ability to support individuals who may exhibit dangerous or unpredictable behaviors
- Strong judgment, professionalism, and documentation skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, web navigation)
- Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations; flexible and creative problem-solver
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable insured vehicle
