Counterpart International is seeking a Finance Manager for its five-year, USAID-funded program in Bangladesh Promoting Advocacy and Rights (PAR). This position will support the creation of a more inclusive, resilient, and evidence-driven Bangladeshi civil society.
Requirements
- Establish financial management systems, procedures and controls
- Manage financial reports, budget reports, and cash advance requests
- Monitor program burn rate and develop pipelines and spending projections
- Oversee accounting procedures and maintain financial records
- Monitor cash, petty cash, and banking operations
- Represent Counterpart in bank and tax issues
- Lead internal audits of subpartners and grants awarded to subpartners
- Provide training and technical assistance in financial management
- Lead field team during external audit
