Finance Manager, Bangladesh

Counterpart International is seeking a Finance Manager for its five-year, USAID-funded program in Bangladesh Promoting Advocacy and Rights (PAR). This position will support the creation of a more inclusive, resilient, and evidence-driven Bangladeshi civil society.

Requirements

• Establish financial management systems, procedures and controls
• Manage financial reports, budget reports, and cash advance requests
• Monitor program burn rate and develop pipelines and spending projections
• Oversee accounting procedures and maintain financial records
• Monitor cash, petty cash, and banking operations
• Represent Counterpart in bank and tax issues
• Lead internal audits of subpartners and grants awarded to subpartners
• Provide training and technical assistance in financial management
• Lead field team during external audit
