Job Description
Provide one-on-one support to residents in their daily routines, socialization, and overall well-being as a key member of the direct-care team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Effective communication skills
- Compassion and patience in all personal interactions
- Ability to perform physical tasks required in the role
