Night Auditor

Hard Rock Hotel San Diego is seeking a Night Auditor to join their team. As the overnight guardian of the guest experience, this role blends hospitality, accuracy, and calm confidence to ensure guests feel welcomed, supported, and secure while keeping hotel operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Deliver warm, professional guest service throughout the overnight hours
• Ensure accurate end-of-day reporting, guest safety, and seamless front desk operations
• Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and team members with warmth and professionalism
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and the local area
• Answer and manage internal and external phone calls, taking and delivering messages as needed
• Serve as the overnight reservation attendant
• Run nightly audit procedures, end-of-day reports, and system reconciliations
• Accurately follow accounting, cashiering, and audit procedures
• Ensure guest safety through proper key control and security awareness
• Handle lost and found items with care and integrity
• Maintain overnight coverage during inclement weather until properly relieved
• Communicate pertinent guest information to appropriate departments
• Jump in wherever needed to support the team and maintain a smooth overnight operation
