As a Site Administrator, you will lead with compassion and integrity, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, you will oversee all aspects of resident care, safety, and quality of life, while managing the operational budget and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field
- 5 years of experience in a continuing care setting
- 5 years of experience in a leadership position, in healthcare (multi-disciplinary teams)
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional judgment
- Knowledge of provincial continuing care legislation and standards
- Experience with healthcare information systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Compassionate, professional, and residentāfocused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Strong problemāsolving and timeāmanagement skills
- Adaptable in a fastāpaced care environment
- Experience working in a unionized environment
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
