Health Insurance Subject Matter Expert (Fully Remote)

We're seeking a Health Insurance Subject Matter Expert to shape and build our health insurance product capabilities. As a key member of our team, you'll provide deep health insurance domain expertise to ensure our platform meets the needs of insurers across global markets.

Requirements

• Atleast 12 years of experience in the insurance industry
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in health insurance
• Experience in life and/or P&C insurance is considered a strong advantage
• Having a Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate in Insurance is highly desirable
• Deep understanding of the full health insurance lifecycle
• Proven ability to create clear, structured documentation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, technology, and business teams
• Critical, forward thinker, innovator, and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven, and globally distributed environment
